Icade Porte de Paris
The Icade group, one of France’s leading commercial property companies, planned to reduce energy consumption and improve the carbon footprint of its Parc des Portes de Paris.
Projects
Shallow borehole geothermal energy used as a natural thermal storage source for heating and domestic hot water. Financed through an energy performance contract, energy savings certificates (CEE) and the Heat Fund, with no upfront cash outlay for the co-ownership.
3 apartment buildings · 61 homes
Background
The “Les Vertes Campagnes” co-ownership in Gex, located at an altitude of 600 metres, called on Accenta to replace two faulty, energy-hungry gas boilers.
To reduce its energy bills and carbon footprint, the owners’ association wanted to supply its 3 buildings with an energy mix made up mainly of renewable energy.
The technical solution
The site survey confirmed that the geothermal-based heat production solution could be implemented.
The project required the installation of the following modules:
The financial solution
The installation comes with a third-party financing offer from the Aïden joint venture, set up by Accenta, Eren and Idex.
It covers all the costs, in return for repayment in monthly instalments lower than the initial energy costs.
The use of AI-controlled geothermal energy has radically transformed the co-owners’ relationship with energy.

163,000 m² of offices optimised simultaneously through smart control. Centralised energy reporting, compliance with the French Tertiary Decree and BACS Decree ensured without a single worksite and without disrupting operations.
Social landlord Inolya, known for its environmental innovation and social responsibility, wanted to reduce the energy consumption and CO2 emissions of a 61-apartment residence located in Fleury-sur-Orne, on the outskirts of Caen.
