Our projects

  • LOW-CARBON HEATING AND COOLING

    Eurocommercial’s Centr’Azur

As part of its ambitious ESG strategy, Eurocommercial France wanted to eliminate the use of gas at its Centr’Azur site in Hyères and enhance the value of its property asset. The shopping centre, equipped with a gas boiler and dry coolers, needed to find an alternative heating and cooling solution compatible with its decarbonisation objectives.

  • AI-DRIVEN CONTROL AND OPTIMISATION

Redevco’s Espace du Palais in Rouen

As part of its carbon plan to cut its CO₂ emissions by 50% by 2030, Redevco European Ventures Rouen wanted to carry out the energy renovation of its Espace du Palais shopping centre, located in the heart of Rouen, through an energy management solution. The objective: to meet the regulatory requirements of the Tertiary and BACS Decrees while maintaining comfort for users.

  • AI-DRIVEN CONTROL AND OPTIMISATION

    Carrefour shopping centre

Installation of an Esmé Solutions BMS, taking over the lighting control. Monitoring/control of the HVAC system was added.
