Union Investment
163,000 m² of offices optimised simultaneously through smart control. Centralised energy reporting, compliance with the French Tertiary Decree and BACS Decree ensured without a single worksite and without disrupting operations.
Background
Union Investment, a key player in real estate investment and asset management in Europe, called on Accenta with the aim of improving the energy efficiency of its 163,000 m² of offices, spread across 15 buildings throughout France.
Following preliminary studies carried out on the sites, Accenta’s Energy Managers deployed the smart control solution, comprising:
Thanks to this energy management solution, Union Investment has regained control of its energy consumption. It also benefits from continuous control of its technical installations (HVAC, BMS) as well as energy performance improvement actions.
