Background
Prologis, a major logistics player, commissioned Accenta to redesign the heating of an XXL warehouse in Moissy-Cramayel (77). The objective: to guarantee efficient, low-carbon heating without changing the distribution system, with a commitment on the installation’s performance.
This project is part of a drive to sustainably transform industrial and logistics real estate.

Accenta’s tailored solutions
To achieve the energy efficiency objectives, Accenta designed a high-performance heating and cooling production system:
- 1 geothermal heat pump
- 106 boreholes 100 m deep (10,000 m of total collection)
- 1 air-source heat pump
- 1 back-up gas boiler
- Unit heaters and destratification fans for the logistics cells
- Energy supervision and performance commitment
