Fnac Darty is bringing its warehouse and offices in Mitry-Mory (77) into compliance with the Tertiary Decree and the BACS Decree.

The European leader in household appliances and cultural products wanted to optimise the consumption of its heating and air conditioning installations.

Accenta’s tailored solutions

To undertake ambitious decarbonisation, Fnac Darty opted for Accenta’s smart control solution.

The works carried out were as follows:

  •  Renovation of two boiler plants : replacement of boilers, circulation pumps and control cabinets, and desludging of the distribution network
  •  Implementation of a class A BMS architecture: update of wiring and electrical diagrams and installation of electricity meters and temperature sensors
  •  Integration of two software solutions: Effipilot for continuous, dynamic control of equipment in predictive mode using AI, and Insight for recording energy consumption and CO₂ emissions

Fnac Darty now enjoys the thermal comfort of its AI-based regulation system, along with the other resulting benefits:

  •  Automated submission to the Operat platform
  •  A significant reduction in energy spending and carbon emissions (-44%)
  •  Compliance with the BACS Decree
  •  Compliance with the 2030 Tertiary Decree targets
  •  Real-time consumption monitoring through a SaaS management interface
  •  Historical recording and year-on-year comparison of consumption in line with the IPMVP protocol
