Objectives

Construction of a new building of around 11,000 m² housing hospital departments (dialysis / nephrology, gastroenterology, geriatrics, diabetology, neurology, endocrinology, neurology, cardiology, pulmonology).

Equipment

  • D-One Site Edition supervision
  • Heating, ventilation, cooling: 480 HVAC controllers managed by DL-110 modules (Esmé Solutions)
  • 25 AHUs (air handling units), 13 of them pressurised, managed by Energy Box UC4 control units
  • Variable speed drives for Danfoss AHU ventilation
  • Chilled water production (CARRIER): cascade of chillers and distribution circuits managed by Energy Box UC4 control units
  • Hot water production: generator and distribution circuit managed by Energy Box UC4 control units
  • Wilo circulating pumps
  • Power systems: 185 electricity meters and sub-meters
  • Sensus thermal energy meters

  • Heating and cooling management via radiant panels, cassettes and fan coil units

  • Viewing of chilled water and hot water production information
