Background
The international group AXA and PRD, a major player in logistics and commercial real estate, called on Accenta to redesign the heating system of an 18,000 m² temperature-controlled warehouse located in Saint-Quentin-Fallavier.
The objectives for this new building occupied by Rhenus Pharma addressed the following challenges:
– Achieve a high level of environmental quality
– Drastically optimise energy costs without sacrificing thermal comfort
– Obtain BREEAM Excellent certification
Axa chose the geothermal-based heating and cooling production solution to replace its gas heating.

The l9Zl project is one of Air 2 O’s flagship projects, in Air 2 O’s SMR product category. This integrated solution, with a capacity of up to 422 kW, includes a water-side economiser/circulation coil and an economiser/DX trim.
