Background

KEDGE carried out a renovation and extension of its Luminy campus in Marseille to improve its hospitality and teaching facilities.
The refurbishment reduces the campus’s carbon footprint, strongly integrates planting into the buildings (use of roof terraces, creation of agoras, etc.), features architecture in line with the Mediterranean Sustainable Buildings (BDM) approach, and offers a high level of intelligence in temperature and lighting control and in energy savings.
