Groundwater geothermal energy. Replacement of gas boiler + chiller.
Background
As part of its ambitious ESG strategy, Eurocommercial France wanted to eliminate the use of gas at its Centr’Azur site in Hyères and enhance the value of its property asset. The shopping centre, equipped with a gas boiler and dry coolers, needed to find an alternative heating and cooling solution compatible with its decarbonisation objectives.

Installation of an Esmé Solutions BMS, taking over the lighting control. Monitoring/control of the HVAC system was added.
The “Ilot Fertile Triangle Eole Evangile” project led by LINKCITY Ile-de-France was named winner of the Reinventing Paris competition and aims to develop Paris’s first Zero Carbon in operation neighbourhood.

The objective: to meet the regulatory requirements of the Tertiary and BACS Decrees while maintaining comfort for users.
