An innovative BMS for a next-generation office building
Objective
Esmé Solutions was commissioned for a supply-and-install package for a Building Management System (BMS) in BIM: supply of a comprehensive solution (software + products + installation).
Solution / Protocol
Integration of D-One functionality into a BIM model for this full-BIM project. This includes: management of HVAC, DALI lighting, blinds, domestic hot water, AHUs, alarms, 3D re-partitioning and energy metering, with supervision via web dashboards.

Equipment
D-One supervision with BIM editing:
- 752 DALI controllers (DX-240), 2,732 light fittings.
- 538 HVAC controllers (DIP-120), 450 blind controllers (DX-310).
- Control of 20 AHUs, 518 meters (power/HVAC).
- Secure network (redundant fibre, firewall with 18 VLANs).
- 1,312 Bluetooth/Zigbee sensors, smartphone app.
