The City of Montigny-l\u00e8s-Cormeilles (95) has taken a proactive approach to modernising the energy performance of its building portfolio. Its estate totals 51,600 m\u00b2 across 33 buildings with a variety of uses (schools, town hall, community centres, sports complexes, association and cultural buildings, etc.), managed by a single maintenance contractor. Faced with non-compliance with the BACS and Tertiary Decrees, the local authority wanted to acquire a smart energy management system<\/a> to improve the overall performance of its buildings.<\/p>\n
