Social landlord Inolya, known for its environmental innovation and social responsibility, wanted to reduce the energy consumption and CO\u2082 emissions of a 61-apartment residence located in Fleury-sur-Orne, on the outskirts of Caen. The Calvados-based landlord\u2019s priority was to replace the gas boiler with a low-carbon heat production system powered by renewable energy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

The principle of Power Road<\/em>\u00ae <\/strong>is to capture solar thermal energy in the road surface and then inject it into the building\u2019s heat production circuits.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
