Critical cooling with 100% recirculated air and permanently controlled humidity, exceeding the strictest government requirements. Background<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Several cooling solutions were considered, but Air2O technology was selected for this project. Air2O made it possible to exceed the PUE requirement and design units that could be installed despite significant space constraints. Air2O was the most efficient cooling technology for large spaces on this project.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

The National Nuclear Security Administration needed a cooling solution for its new data centre, whose design had to fit within existing space constraints. The project\u2019s design team wanted an energy-efficient cooling solution that would limit upfront costs while maintaining a comfortable space with minimal energy consumption. The client was concerned about humidity levels in the server room, which ruled out the use of 100% outside air and traditional direct evaporative cooling.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
