Accenta, a company specialising in energy and carbon performance and owned by Eren Groupe, announces the creation of a joint venture with Nexity, France\u2019s leading real estate group, to accelerate the roll-out of geothermal solutions in multi-occupancy housing.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

This strategic alliance aims to address a major challenge of the energy transition: decarbonising the heating and cooling of residential buildings. Using borehole geothermal energy, a technology with a lifespan of more than 80 years, the partnership will make it possible to connect up to 5,000 homes a year by 2028.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
